Last week at the Business Celebration Luncheon, we were honored to accept the Neighborhood Business of the Year award from Mayor Lyda Krewson.  As anyone who has done business with us in the past knows, our number one focus has been serving the very neighborhoods we have called home since 1954.  We want to thank Mayor Krewson for recognizing the hard work we dedicate day in and day out, but most importantly thank our loyal customers who continue to choose Vitt for all of their HVAC needs.

It is not always as easy as it sounds, but day in and day out, I am privileged to lead a team of HVAC Repair Technicians that make it a point to go above and beyond when performing HVAC repair in St Louis and St Charles County.  Our team remains dedicated to earning and maintaining the trust of new and existing customers.  We have watched as a lot of our competition have implemented hard sell tactics on local consumers in order to increase their bottom line in the short term.  That is not us.  We have never been about that.  When we show up on the front doorstep of a customer, we don’t look at them with dollar signs in our eyes.  We view our customers as someone who is in need of HVAC repair services and value the fact that they chose to hire us to assess and complete the job.

I say it time and time again.  We have the best customers in St Louis.  There are some customers that we have done business with over 50 years, three generations, and three system installations.  We take lot of pride in that.  As companies specializing in heating in cooling in St Louis continue to grow and change, our promise to you is that you can always depend on the same level of quality and professionalism we have offered our customers since 1954.  So with all that being said, thank you again for all of your support and with Fall already here, make sure to give us a call if you are in need of furnace repair.
